Marketing audit reports provide valuable insights to your prospects about their online presence, website performance, and marketing gaps. Now, you can seamlessly send these reports via Email or SMS to engage prospects effectively.

Follow the steps below to send a marketing audit report.

Step 1: Navigate to the Prospecting Tool
- In the Sub Account View, go to Marketing tab.
- Navigate to the Prospecting Tool from the menubar.
Step 2: Select the Prospect
Locate the prospect to whom you want to send the report.
Click on Share Report
Step 3: Select or Create a Contact to send the report
- If the prospect is already in your contacts, select them from the list.
- If not, create a new contact by entering their details (name, email, phone number).
Step 4: Choose Mode of Communication
- Select Email or SMS to send the Marketing Audit Report to your prospect
- You can alternatively choose to share the Link of the report to your prospect as well.
Choose an email/sms template or customise the message.
Ensure the recipient’s email address is correct.

Step 5: Follow-up with the Prospect
- Once the Email/SMS is sent you will receive a notification
- You can continue the follow-up in the conversations tab
