Possible Causes

Error Description: You attempted to send a message to a U.S. number from a 10DLC number that is not associated with a registered A2P campaign.

You are sending messages to the US using a US 10DLC number that is not associated with an approved A2P 10DLC Campaign.

Possible Solutions

  • Associate your US 10DLC number with a registered A2P Campaign by adding it to the corresponding Messaging Service via the leadconnector.

  • Alternatively, you can also use a different number that is already associated with an approved A2P Campaign to send messages in the US.

IMPORTANT: In some cases, resolving this error may require business verification. If we (or the provider) requests it, please have these ready:

EIN letter (CP-575 or 147C) and send it to us and we’ll guide the next steps.

Properly linking the number completes the association between the sending number and its approved campaign. Repeat these steps for each additional applicable number that needs to use the campaign.

  1. Go to Settings > Phone System > Phone Numbers.

  2. Locate the phone number that you would like to link to an A2P campaign and select the three-dot menu on the right side of that number.

If this number is not yet added to an A2P campaign, it will not have the green A2P Verified badge.

  3. Click on Select A2P campaign to Link.

  4. Select the campaign that should be associated with the number.

  5. Return to the Phone Numbers list and confirm that the green A2P Verified label appears beneath the number.

Need Help?

If Error 30034 continues after linking the number to an A2P campaign, first confirm the campaign status and number association.

Verify that:

  • The sending number is a U.S. 10DLC number.

  • The A2P Brand is approved.

  • The A2P campaign is approved and active.

  • The correct phone number is linked to the approved campaign.

  • The number shows the A2P Verified status after linking.

  • The message is being sent from the same number that is associated with the campaign.

  • The campaign use case matches the type of messages being sent.

  • The business information submitted for registration is accurate and current.

  • Any requested business verification documents have been provided.

  • Workflows or campaigns are not using a different unregistered sending number.

  • Enough time has passed for the updated registration to propagate across carrier networks.

If the number is linked correctly but Error 30034 still appears, test again after propagation completes and confirm that the sender has not changed in the workflow, campaign, or conversation.

If the issue continues, collect the sending number, Brand status, campaign status, campaign name or ID, number-linking status, failed message timestamp, and a screenshot showing Error 30034 before contacting support.
