Ownership Conflict Issue:
GHL Error: Resolve Ownership Conflicts - This location duplicates another location that is in good standing. If you have access to a location in good standing, use that location's id to perform operations. Otherwise, request access from the current owner.
Go to https://business.google.com/add and search for <<your business name>>.
If another user handles the business. It will come like below.
The profile is managed by under the email ID "user-with-access@mail.id"
If you know who the current profile owner is: Contact them directly and ask them to grant you the necessary access permissions. Learn more about profile access types
If you don’t know the current owner: Request access from the Business Profile owner.
Go to business.google.com/add.
Enter the business name "<<Your Business Name>>", then select it from the search results.
Click Continue. You'll get a message that says someone else verified the profile. If you're authorized to manage the profile, you can request ownership from the current profile owner.
Click Request Access and fill out the form.
Click Submit. You receive an email notification and the current profile owner gets an email that asks them to contact you. Ensure you receive the confirmation email that lets you know your ownership request was successfully submitted.
Once the request has been raised, allow 3 days for a response. If you don’t get a response from the current owner within this time, click View request in the confirmation email. You can then claim and verify the profile in your account. Learn more about ownership requests.
If you’re the profile owner: If you can’t sign in to your Business profile account with this email address, learn how to get back into your account.
Wait for Voice of Merchant:
GHL Error: Wait to gain the Voice of the Merchant. The Business is under review for quality purposes.
Indicates whether a verification process has already started, and can be completed by the location.
Once it is done by the user. He/she can integrate into our platform.

Comply with Guidelines:

GHL Error: The business location is Disabled by Google to comply with guidelines.
