Need Help?
If Competitor Analysis is missing data, showing the wrong business, or not displaying the competitors you expect, first review the selected listings and available review sources.
Verify that:
- Your business was added using the correct listing.
- Each competitor was selected from the correct business listing.
- You have added no more than three competitors.
- Location permissions are enabled if requested during setup.
- The competitor businesses have public review data available on supported platforms.
- You are reviewing the correct account and business location.
- Ratings, review volume, sentiment, and response metrics are available for the selected sources.
- You have refreshed the page if recently added competitors are not appearing yet.
- You are not expecting identical data across every review platform, since availability can vary by business and source.
If a competitor shows limited or missing information, confirm that the selected listing is correct and that the business has review activity on the supported sources.
If the issue continues, collect the business name, competitor names, affected review source, missing or incorrect metric, and screenshots of the Competitor Analysis view before contacting support.
