1

What is Multi-Brand Management?

Multi-Brand Management allows SaaS providers to create and manage up to two independent brand identities within a single LeadConnector account. Each brand operates as a separate, fully customizable white label experience that can be assigned to different customer segments.

This capability is designed for providers who serve multiple markets, business verticals, or customer types and need to deliver distinct brand experiences without the overhead of managing separate accounts.

Each brand functions independently with its own configuration settings, allowing you to maintain separate brand identities while centralizing account management and billing.

2

Key Benefits

Multi-Brand Management provides strategic advantages for SaaS providers looking to expand their market reach while maintaining operational efficiency.

Market Segmentation — Serve multiple markets or business verticals under separate brand identities, each with its own positioning and visual identity.
Niche Exploration — Test new market opportunities with a dedicated brand identity while maintaining your existing customer base under your primary brand.
Simplified Management — Manage multiple brand identities from a single account without the complexity and cost of maintaining separate SaaS instances.
Tailored Client Experiences — Deliver fully customized brand experiences that align with different customer segments' expectations and industry standards.

Brand Assignment Methods

LeadConnector provides two flexible methods for assigning brands to customers, allowing you to choose the approach that best fits your business model.

Method 1
Manual Brand Assignment

Assign a brand directly to individual client accounts. This method provides granular control and is ideal when you need to assign brands on a case-by-case basis or override plan-based assignments.

Method 2
Automatic Assignment via SaaS Plan Categories

Link brands to SaaS plan categories to automatically assign the correct brand experience when customers subscribe to specific plans. This method scales efficiently for large customer bases with clear segmentation.

Note

Manual brand assignments take precedence over plan-based assignments. If you assign a brand directly to a client account, that assignment will override any brand associated with their plan category.
